Imagine Live said its products received a B2B licence for Ontario, allowing it to offer its live casino portfolio to licensed operators in the province. CEO Martin Martirosyan said the company looked forward to working with Ontario operators; the announcement did not identify the licensing authority.

Ontario’s Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) says holders must submit renewal applications and pay applicable fees before their horse-racing business licence expires. Holders who do not renew within five years of expiry must apply as new applicants and pay new-applicant fees.
Ontario’s AGCO explains the requirements for grocery stores holding licences to sell beer, wine, cider and ready-to-drink beverages, including eligibility criteria and delivery permissions. The guide says eligible grocery and big-box stores have been able to sell those products since 31 October 2024.
The AGCO said Ontario branches of the Royal Canadian Legion will receive full rebates on liquor sales licence application and renewal fees from 1 July 2026. The rebate covers eligible fees paid on or after 1 April 2026, with refunds issued automatically within two to four weeks after approval.
Ontario’s AGCO sets out requirements for General Delivery Licence holders, including where liquor may be obtained and delivered, staff training and order records. Deliveries are permitted from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. daily, and order records must be kept for at least one year.
The Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) said it will stop providing in-person licensing services at five Standardbred racetracks from the current season. Online services remain available through iAGCO, and licence applications can take up to seven working days to process.
