IGT announced that gaming executive Patrick Ramsey will join the board of Voyager TopCo GP, the parent of IGT and Everi, subject to required regulatory approvals. Ramsey previously led Multimedia Games as chief executive and serves on Grupo Codere's board and Arrow International's Operating Council.
The appointment adds an experienced gaming executive to the parent company's board, pending regulatory approval.

Bluberi has appointed Kate Lowenhar-Fisher as chief legal and compliance officer, the company said. She will lead its legal and compliance functions as it expands in North America and advances its digital gaming strategy. Lowenhar-Fisher previously held executive roles at IGT and Everi Holdings.

Reportedly, Light & Wonder has appointed Aimee Hoyt as chief people officer. Hoyt previously worked at IGT and returns to the gambling industry after roles in cybersecurity and DNA sequencing.
Advanced Compliance Technology (ACT) has appointed Mark Dufty as head of game analysis, putting him in charge of analysts who review alerts from its compliance platform. The newly created team will examine game, event and integrity alerts and help refine the company’s risk-detection model, ACT said.
