Idea Maker advances in Lotesul lottery tender after rival’s disqualification
Idea Maker Meios de Pagamento e Consultoria has been invited to submit a final bid to operate Mato Grosso do Sul’s Lotesul lottery after competitor Prohards was technically disqualified. Idea Maker offered to transfer 35.33% of revenue to the state, above the 14.33% minimum; it must still pass a technical proof-of-concept test, and Prohards plans to appeal.
The tender remains unresolved, with a technical test and a planned appeal still affecting the potential operator’s selection.
