HGC maintains blacklist of gambling providers unauthorised in Greece

Greece’s Hellenic Gaming Commission maintains a blacklist of websites offering or organising gambling without the required authorisation, under the country’s gambling law. The commission’s decision dated 30 October 2026 accompanies a list that can also identify operators and associated individuals; listed parties cannot obtain a Greek gambling licence or participate in a licensed provider.
The listing restricts named providers and associated parties from entering Greece’s licensed gambling market.
