Greece’s Hellenic Gaming Commission (HGC) says it may impose fines of €1,000 to €2,000,000 for each infringement, or temporarily revoke a licence for up to three months or revoke it permanently. Before imposing a penalty, it may order a regulated entity to remedy deficiencies under Article 51(1) of Law 4002/2011; the commission also lists past measures and penalties.

Operators face fines or licence revocation for established breaches of Greek gambling requirements.
