HGC details four phases for gambling inspections in Greece

Greece’s Hellenic Gaming Commission (HGC) sets out a four-stage inspection process under Ministerial Decision 125944/EX2020/20 and its Manual of General Inspection Principles. The stages cover planning, conducting the inspection, evaluating findings and preparing a report, then submitting that report to the commission’s competent bodies.
The process explains how the HGC conducts and formally completes inspections of regulated gambling activity.
