EEEP sets out Greek gambling licensing and blacklist rules

Greece’s Hellenic Gaming Commission (EEEP) says gambling may be offered only under the applicable rules by providers holding its licence. The commission states that it maintains a blacklist of unlicensed sites accessible from Greece; listing can trigger website blocking and the interruption of related financial transactions.
Licensed operators and payment providers must account for the EEEP’s stated consequences for sites placed on its blacklist.
