EEEP explains player exclusion routes while a central register remains in development

Regulation

Source: Hellenic Gaming Commission

Greece’s Hellenic Gaming Commission (EEEP) says a universal exclusion register is still being developed, so players cannot yet exclude themselves from all providers at once. Players can apply separately to each licensed provider or ask the EEEP to pass an indefinite exclusion request to licensed operators; online and OPAP PLAY/VLT accounts may be reactivated only after at least one year and on the player’s request.

Operators need to handle exclusion requests through provider-specific channels until the universal register is available.
