Hanoi police arrest agency chief over gambling-platform promotion network
Hanoi police arrested Super Thi Seo Media Services’ 31-year-old chief executive, Pham Ngoc Manh, and 17 staff in a raid on 2 June, authorities said. Investigators said the agency promoted 22 unlicensed betting platforms and seized more than 7 billion dong in cash and digital-asset proceeds, plus a 3 billion dong bank savings certificate.
The arrests and seized proceeds put promotion of unlicensed betting platforms under criminal investigation in Vietnam.
