Greece’s Hellenic Gaming Commission describes horizontal regulations that apply to all supervised entities, regardless of the type of gambling they conduct. The framework covers suitability, commercial communications, responsible gambling, anti-money laundering and administrative measures and sanctions, alongside rules for individual gambling categories.
