France notifies EU of proposed JONUM data-reporting rules for digital assets
France notified the European Commission of a draft decree setting data-reporting requirements for companies offering games with monetisable digital objects. The proposal specifies CSV files containing player, game-session and financial transaction information for ANJ oversight. The notification starts a standstill period ending 11 June 2026.
Companies covered by France’s JONUM regime may need to provide structured player, gameplay and transaction data to ANJ.
