Fanatics launched its Fanatics Markets prediction-contract platform in 10 US states on Wednesday, in partnership with Crypto.com. The company said the first phase offers contracts covering sports, finance, economics and politics, with expansion to 24 states planned in two phases.
The launch adds Fanatics as a prediction-markets competitor and brings event contracts to 10 state markets.

FanDuel launched sports event contracts in 18 US states through its FanDuel Predicts app, the company said. The app is available nationwide, but 32 states do not have its sports markets; FanDuel said it would avoid offering those contracts where it already operates a sportsbook.
FanDuel and CME Group launched FanDuel Predicts in Alabama, Alaska, South Carolina, North Dakota and South Dakota on Monday as part of a phased US rollout. CME said the platform will add states in the coming weeks and into 2026; sports event contracts will be offered only where that form of wagering is not permitted.
DraftKings launched its sports prediction app in 38 US states on Friday, while FanDuel’s launch was described as imminent by Truist Securities analyst Barry Jonas. Jonas said investors remained cautious amid outstanding court cases and said both companies believed their state sports-betting licences were not at risk.
DraftKings was reported to be preparing a prediction-market product for launch in December or January, limited to states without online sports betting. Truist analyst Barry Jonas said company leaders expected the product to have shorter payback periods and higher margins than online sports betting, with limited promotional allowances.
