EveryMatrix acquired Goma Gaming, the company said, to add UX and front-end development capacity for its sports and casino products. The companies did not disclose the transaction value, and Goma will continue operating as a standalone unit alongside EveryMatrix’s front-end division.
The deal expands EveryMatrix’s capacity to develop front-end products for operator clients.

Merkur Bets has launched EveryMatrix technology across its Danish retail betting, online sportsbook and casino operations. EveryMatrix said the deployment covers more than 1,000 betting terminals and 230 shops. The partnership also provides for Merkur brands in Austria, Germany and Belgium to migrate to the platform.

The go-live came after an agreement in March and followed the operator's rebranding from Cashpoint last month. According to EveryMatrix, this Danish rollout is the first of several launches for Merkur's brands across Europe.
Danske Spil has launched its online casino operations on EveryMatrix’s platform in Denmark, the companies said. The go-live follows an agreement reached the previous November and completes the integration and migration project.
