Dutch MPs question KSA licence arrangements involving 888

Regulation

Four Dutch MPs submitted questions to State Secretary Van Bruggen about 888 operating in the Netherlands under a licence held by another company. They asked whether past gambling-law breaches should affect licence applications and what measures could prevent similar arrangements; Van Bruggen said on 4 May that further information was needed before she could respond.

The questions put scrutiny on how past violations factor into Dutch gambling licence assessments.
