DGOJ reopens consultation on common online gambling risk-detection system

Regulation

Spain's DGOJ has opened a second consultation on a proposed mandatory risk-detection system for state-licensed online gambling operators, with submissions due by 22 October. Operators may need to adapt monthly risk assessments and customer protections if the proposed system is adopted.
