CUTS report says offshore gaming participation rose after India's ban
A CUTS International report says offshore gaming participation increased among surveyed former users after India's PROG Act took effect. It puts offshore participation at 82% in Delhi NCR, 83% in Tamil Nadu and 92% in Maharashtra, based on a survey of 3,000 people. CUTS research director Amol Kulkarni called for a more balanced regulatory framework.
