CGA discontinues online licensing portal after data breach
Curaçao’s Gaming Authority said its online licensing portal will not return following an unauthorised data breach. The regulator said existing licences and operators’ obligations remain unaffected, while alternative arrangements are being made to continue licensing, compliance and supervision work. It also said it would introduce another way for operators to demonstrate that a domain is licensed.
Operators will need to use alternative arrangements for licensing matters and to demonstrate domain status.
