CFTC names prediction-market and betting executives to advisory committee
The US Commodity Futures Trading Commission named executives from prediction-market and betting companies to its Innovation Advisory Committee, according to reports. Members include Kalshi chief executive Tarek Mansour, Polymarket chief executive Shayne Coplan, FanDuel president Christian Genetski and DraftKings chief executive Jason Robins. The committee will advise the agency on technology, while chairman Michael Selig said the CFTC plans formal rulemaking on prediction markets.
