Castilla y León's Directorate for Institutional Relations and External Action has amended the authorisation held by Codere Apuestas CYL to organise and operate betting in the region. The resolution, dated 28 October 2026, sets a total of 18 betting shops or zones, plus six corners in gaming halls, bingo halls and casinos.

The amendment affects condition eight of the authorisation, which was granted to the company by an order of 6 March 2015. The change was published in the Boletín Oficial de Castilla y León, in line with article 11.3 of the betting regulation approved by Decree 53/2014 of 23 October.

Under the new content of the authorisation, the 18 betting shops or zones are spread across the nine provinces of the region: one in Ávila, four in Burgos, three in León, one in Palencia, two in Salamanca, one in Segovia, two in Soria, two in Valladolid and two in Zamora. The six betting corners are to be located in gaming venues: three in Burgos, one in León, one in Salamanca and one in Valladolid.

The resolution was signed on 28 October by the Directorate, whose head is Ruth Andérez Alonso. The announcement, dated in Valladolid on 29 October 2026, makes the amendment public for general information.
