Codere.it, the online casino of Codere's Italian subsidiary, has offered nine slots from Italian developer Tuko Productions since 15 October, the company said. The games are based on three Italian popular-comedy series from the 1970s and 1980s.
The first series is Febbre da cavallo, the 1976 film directed by Steno and starring Gigi Proietti about a group of committed horse-racing bettors. It supplies three titles: Febbre da cavallo, Febbre da cavallo – Corsa degli Assi and Febbre da cavallo – La Tris.
The second series is Pierino, the mischievous schoolboy played by Alvaro Vitali. Its three games are Pierino al Luna Park, Pierino al mare and Pierino va in montagna. The third is Bombolo, the character played by the Roman actor Franco Lechner; its three slots show him as a painter, as a guard and thief, and in the Far West.
According to the company, Codere.it aims to widen its online offering with these games by combining variety, innovation and quality, and to adapt to new forms of digital entertainment.
The games are not new to the Italian market. Tuko Productions, founded in 2016, launched the Pierino and Febbre da cavallo series in 2020, two years after MGA Games began a similar line in Spain with slots featuring national comedy figures.
The source gives no statement from Codere or Tuko beyond the company description of the offering, and no appeal status or next steps.
