Calabria regional court upholds rejection of betting licence application
The Calabria Regional Administrative Court rejected a company director’s appeal and upheld Catanzaro police’s decision to declare a betting-licence application inadmissible. The court said the application lacked essential documents, including the Customs and Monopolies Agency’s no-objection clearance and premises and security records.
The ruling confirms that betting operators must submit essential documentation when seeking a change of licence holder.
