Calabria court annuls Vibo Valentia order suspending gaming-room activity

Regulation

The TAR Calabria annulled a Vibo Valentia municipal order suspending gaming-room activity in part of a bar and withdrawing the related SCIA, after the business owner challenged the decision. The court found the municipality should have notified the owner before starting the procedure; it said the city may issue a new measure if it follows the required procedural safeguards.
