In brief
- Broadridge said Kalshi event contracts are available through CQG front ends and APIs and the CQG-NYFIX integration.
- Access extends to more than 1,700 buy-side clients on the NYFIX network, subject to eligibility and jurisdictional rules.
- Broadridge said the launch responds to client demand in the United States and EMEA.
An announcement dated 29 October 2026 stated that Kalshi event contracts can now be traded via the front ends and APIs of CQG, which is a Broadridge company. The same announcement said participants on the NYFIX network would gain access to those contracts as a result of the CQG-NYFIX integration.
According to Broadridge, brokers and futures commission merchants can offer clients direct trading access and market data, and traders can include event contracts in portfolio and hedging strategies on a single platform. The company said trading access would be made available to more than 1,700 buy-side clients who use the NYFIX network for connectivity.
The company framed the launch as an answer to demand from clients in the United States and EMEA. Access, it added, depends on eligibility and jurisdictional rules that apply.
Ryan Moroney, chief executive of CQG, said: "Investors want to turn their views on real-world events into actionable trading strategies." He said Kalshi was live on CQG alongside the markets clients already trade.
Andy Ross, head of institutional at Kalshi, said: "Prediction markets are now part of investors' trading toolkits, not separate from them." He said working with Broadridge and CQG brings Kalshi to a broader audience and connects event contracts with traditional markets.
Kalshi was founded in 2018, according to the announcement. Broadridge said its technology and operations platforms process and generate more than 8 billion communications annually and underpin daily average trading of more than $18 trillion in tokenised and traditional securities globally.
