Brazil requires betting adverts to carry health warnings from 17 July

Regulation

Brazil will require licensed betting operators to include government health warnings in every advertisement from 17 July. Finance Minister Dario Durigan said enforcement would also target agencies, influencers and other businesses involved in distributing promotions.

Operators and advertising partners must revise promotions to include health warnings and avoid portraying betting as easy income or encouraging bets.
