Brazil betting sites record 26.4bn visits in 2025, survey estimates

Regulated betting sites in Brazil received 26.4 billion visits in 2025, according to data from Aposta Legal’s Painel das Bets monitoring system. The estimate represents a 237% increase from 2024; the survey also put regulated-site revenue at BRL 36.1 billion and estimated illegal sites processed BRL 14.8 billion in bets.

The estimates provide operators and regulators with figures on regulated-site traffic, revenue and illegal-market activity.

Jeju Dream Tower casino revenue falls 45.1% in September despite record visits

Jeju Dream Tower's casino net revenue fell 45.1% year-on-year in September to KRW29.09bn ($21.4m), even as casino visits hit a monthly record of 66,393. Operator Lotte Tour Development said table hold dropped to 10.8%, its lowest since December 2023, and table-game net revenue fell 49.6% to KRW25.78bn ($19m).
