Bombay High Court maintains stay on new Goa casino vessel until August hearing

Regulation

The Bombay High Court maintained an interim stay preventing Delta Pleasure Cruise Company’s new casino vessel from entering Panaji Port, according to the report. The court adjourned the case to 18 August and gave the petitioner two weeks to respond to the company’s affidavit; the vessel cannot enter without the required certifications and prior court permission.

The order keeps the proposed casino vessel from entering port while certification and court-permission issues remain unresolved.
