US Supreme Court justice denies Red Rock stay of union bargaining order
Chief Justice John Roberts denied Red Rock Casino Resort and Spa’s request to pause an order requiring it to recognise and bargain with the Culinary Union, reportedly on 4 September 2026. The order remains enforceable while Red Rock pursues a Supreme Court appeal; Station Casinos said it would comply while continuing to challenge the NLRB decision.
Red Rock must comply with the bargaining order while its challenge proceeds, including employee notices and union negotiations upon request.
