Blueprint Gaming releases Kong Even More Money slot

Blueprint Gaming has released Kong Even More Money, a new title in its Kong series, and made it available to the company's operator partners, the company said. The game is built around the Kong character growing in size during the bonus round, from a 2×2 Collect symbol to a 5×5 Collect, or up to 8×5 when the reels expand.

Three spins open the Even More Money Bonus, alongside a 2×2 Kong Collect. As play continues, Level Up symbols push Kong through four stages toward 5×5, granting additional spins and greater collection power along the way. Should the Green Pot upgrade stretch the reels to 8×5, Kong is then able to expand until he covers an 8×5 Collect area.

Red, Blue and Green Bonus Scatter symbols fill three Feature Upgrade Pots, and these pots influence how a session unfolds. Blueprint Gaming says a pot may activate on its own on any spin, or several may activate at once; the effects include a multiplier, extra Cash Prizes and Level Up symbols on the reels, or, via the Green Pot, additional rows that take the grid to 8×5.

During the base game, Cash Prizes are gathered by Kong Collect symbols that land on reel five. Meanwhile, every Banana and Cash Prize symbol adds to a Banana Pot, which eventually bursts and launches the Banana Blitz pick feature.

James Raraty, product roadmap manager at Blueprint Gaming, said the character dates back to King Kong Cash and that each Kong game since has given him more to do. He said Kong grows as the session goes on, with his expansion from 2×2 up to 8×5 the centrepiece of the bonus.

According to Raraty, the Feature Upgrade Pots alter the opening of every bonus: the colours that fill determine whether a player begins with additional rows, a multiplier, or reels carrying Cash Prizes. He added that Kong enjoys a strong following across the company's markets, and that this release offers players the largest version of the character Blueprint has built to date.

Blueprint Gaming described the Kong franchise, launched with King Kong Cash, as one of the studio's strongest-performing series, and said every new release hands Kong additional ways to gather wins.
