Betsson reports Q2 revenue of €310.2 million as operating income falls

Results

Betsson reported record revenue of €310.2 million for the second quarter of 2026, up 2.1% year on year, while operating income fell 38.9% to €42.2 million. Chief executive Pontus Lindwall attributed weaker profitability to higher gaming taxes and payment-provider fees in regulated markets; B2B licence revenue declined to €49.1 million from €75.6 million.

Higher gaming taxes, payment-provider fees and declining B2B licence revenue coincided with lower operating income despite record quarterly revenue.
