Betsson reports 2025 revenue growth as EBITDA falls 1%

Deals & M&A

Betsson reported full-year 2025 revenue of €1.2 billion, up 8% year on year, while EBITDA fell 1% to €313.7 million. The company attributed pressure on profitability to higher gaming taxes and investment in product and technology; revenue from locally regulated markets reached 68% in the fourth quarter, compared with 60% a year earlier. The board proposed a €0.66-per-share dividend, and Betsson began a €40 million share buyback programme during the quarter.

Higher gaming taxes and product investment reduced EBITDA despite revenue growth, informing profitability and dividend assessments.
