Belgium's Gaming Commission says all nine available A licences for casinos have been granted, leaving no current route to apply for one. Each licence is valid for 15 years, and holders seeking renewal must submit specified company, tax and ownership information.
The fully allocated licence cap means prospective casino operators cannot currently apply for an A licence.
