Belgian Gaming Commission requires F2 newsagents to use EPIS from May

Belgium’s Gaming Commission said F2-licensed newspaper retailers must use EPIS from 1 May 2026, when amendments to the Gaming Act take effect. Players must complete identity and age checks and an EPIS check before betting. The commission’s technical note provides guidance and non-binding recommendations, not additional binding requirements.
