Barcelona proposes gambling venue restrictions across 24 vulnerable neighbourhoods

Barcelona City Council has proposed changes to its urban plan that would bar new gambling venues in 24 neighbourhoods designated as vulnerable, according to Andemar. The other 49 neighbourhoods would allow new venues subject to planning and distance restrictions. PATROJOC has filed objections, and Andemar says it may pursue legal action if the proposal remains unchanged.
