AxiumAI appointed Claire Painting as chief experience officer on 2 March 2026. Painting most recently served as director of player experience at Entain, where she led a cross-functional team of more than 100 specialists, according to the company announcement. She will support AxiumAI’s player engagement platform for operators.
The appointment adds an experienced player-experience executive to AxiumAI’s leadership team.

Gavin Isaacs has joined GLI’s board in an advisory role, according to the headline. He stepped down as Entain chief executive last year after five months, the report said.

Entain said it has begun consulting on changes to its customer care operation that could remove up to 400 roles across multiple locations. The company said the roles represent part of its approximately 2,000-person customer care workforce and linked the changes to efforts to address higher UK gambling taxes.
