Arizona gaming department orders five operators to stop gambling activity

The department said the cases involve alleged felony-level violations, including promoting illegal gambling and operating an illegal enterprise. It said the operators could face criminal prosecution or civil enforcement, and that it may seek restitution and forfeiture of funds.
