Arizona Department of Gaming orders five platforms to stop serving state residents
Arizona’s Department of Gaming issued cease-and-desist orders to BetOpenly, Bookmaker, Club WPT Online Poker, Kutt Inc. and Raffle Creator, alleging they offered unauthorised gambling services to state residents. The companies must stop providing gambling-related services through websites, apps and other channels; the department said further legal action could follow if they do not comply.
The orders require five platforms to halt Arizona services and warn of possible further legal action.
