Aristocrat brings Monopoly Big Board Bucks to US Class II markets

Aristocrat Gaming announced on Wednesday that Monopoly Big Board Bucks is being brought to Class II markets across the United States. According to the company, the game received the Slot of the Year award at the Global Gaming Awards Americas, held at G2E in Las Vegas.

The game appears on the Baron Portrait cabinet and offers configuration and signage options that the company described as a first for the product. In the base game, players join Mr. Monopoly for a race around the game board, collecting prizes, properties, houses and hotels. The game includes player-selectable tokens, Mr. Monopoly, Free Parking, houses and hotels, and the board itself.

The gameplay is described as triple metamorphic, with Extra Spins, Extra Properties and Extra Houses. Each of these features can be awarded on its own, in pairs, or all together to enhance the bonus, and any of them leads to the Big Board Bucks Bonus. During that bonus, rewards can be triggered around the game board, where players may land money bags, properties, houses and hotels, Free Parking, and the GO Jackpot Wheel.

Kurt Gissane, Aristocrat Gaming's chief commercial officer for the Americas, said in a statement that the Slot of the Year recognition was an honour and credited the team's work on player experiences. He said the company was expanding the title into Class II markets to give more players access to it.
