AMLA consults on draft business relationship monitoring guidelines for gaming sector

The Anti-Money Laundering Authority (AMLA) opened a consultation on 5 June 2026 on draft guidelines for ongoing monitoring of business relationships under the EU Anti-Money Laundering Regulation. Gaming-sector obliged entities and other stakeholders can respond by 3 September 2026; AMLA will hold a public hearing on 2 July.

Gaming-sector obliged entities can comment on proposed ongoing customer and transaction monitoring guidance before the consultation closes.
