Summary
Alberta Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis requires Reel Facts certification for owners, managers, supervisors and staff involved with VLT patrons at liquor-licensed premises, according to AGLC. Certification must be completed within 30 days of employment or before certificate expiry, with a minimum exam score of 80%. The training is free, and Deal Us In Phase One certification is accepted in lieu at casinos and RECs.
