AGCO warns Ontario internet gaming operators expired registrations cannot be renewed

Ontario’s AGCO says internet gaming operators must apply to renew their registration and pay the required fees before expiry. An expired registration cannot be renewed, and an operator whose registration lapses must apply for a new one; operating an internet gaming site without registration is not permitted. The AGCO also sets notification requirements for ownership, personnel and address changes.
