Ontario’s Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) terms for media bingo require each licensed organisation to appoint at least two active, genuine members aged 18 or older to oversee the activity. Their duties include filing financial reports, ensuring licence conditions are met, keeping records, depositing funds into the designated trust account and reconciling bingo cards.
Charities operating media bingo must assign at least two eligible members to oversee compliance and financial controls.
