AGCO sets operating checks for electronic raffles in Ontario

Ontario’s Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) checklist covers electronic raffle operations before, during and after a draw. Raffle sales portals and subsequent modifications require technical approval; organisers must also make approved rules and licences available, use two bona fide supervisors and follow responsible-gambling requirements.
