AGCO requires Ontario online operators to document controls and demonstrate compliance

Ontario’s Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) says online gambling operators must provide an independently verified document describing controls against its standards. Operators must also demonstrate those controls within six months of starting on the regulated Ontario market, with priority compliance areas communicated in advance.
