AGCO explains Ontario application rules for bring-your-own-wine endorsement

Ontario’s Alcohol and Gaming Commission (AGCO) says eligible holders of a liquor sales licence can apply for a bring-your-own-wine endorsement through iCAJO. The endorsement has no fee and allows customers to bring sealed, commercially produced wine to a restaurant or banquet hall, where staff must open and serve it.
Licensed restaurants and banquet halls can assess the conditions for offering customers bring-your-own-wine service.
