Italy’s competition authority, the AGCM, sent the Senate a notice concerning the statutory prize-pool rule for Bingo. The rule sets the prize pool from 1 January 2025 at between 70% and 71% of the price of the tickets, and the notice was referred to the Senate Finance and Treasury Committee.
The referral puts the statutory range for Bingo prize pools before a Senate committee for consideration.

The New Hampshire Senate voted to advance an online casino legalisation bill to its finance committee. The bill would allocate 35% of net online casino revenue to community college scholarships and 10% to lottery administration. State lottery projections put first-year revenue at approximately €4.46m.
