ADM Calabria 2 voids tax assessments against venue and totem operator

ADM Calabria 2 cancelled two tax assessments against a restaurant-bar owner and the operator of three gaming totems in Isola di Capo Rizzuto. The authority cited failure to consider the taxpayers’ submissions; one 2021 assessment sought €176,040 in tax, plus €31,966.93 in interest and a €251,737 penalty, according to their appeal.
