ADM sets Fai3 and Fai4 draws every five minutes

Italy's Customs and Monopolies Agency (ADM) has set draws for the Fai3 and Fai4 numerical games at five-minute intervals from 30 September, under a directoral determination issued in July, according to a note from the Italian Federation of Tobacconists (FIT). FIT said the draws take place daily from 06:04 to 23:59, with 216 draws for the Fai3 bet type and 216 for Fai4.

Under the game's mechanics, a player chooses a combination of three numbers (Fai3) and/or four numbers (Fai4) between 0 and 9, and wins by guessing at least one number in the exact position, FIT said. With a minimum stake of €1, prizes can reach up to €200 for Fai3 and €1,000 for Fai4, according to FIT. Players may also place multiple bets, with up to 10 combinations for the same draw on a single slip, and subscriptions are printed on a single receipt.

FIT said €50,000 had already been won on the day the frequent-draw format was launched. The federation also said retailers should display all information material supplied by the concessionaire and make game slips available to customers, which can be ordered from the portal.
