In brief
- Italy's ADM has set 30 October 2026 as the deadline for the second annual instalment on extended betting concessions.
- The payment covers concessionaires, physical-network collection holders and regularised collection point holders.
- The 2025 Budget Law extended betting concessions, including simulated events, to 31 December 2026.
- The ADM updated the amounts due for the second 2026 instalment on 8 October.
Operators of physical-network betting in Italy face a payment deadline of 30 October 2026 for the second annual instalment tied to the extension of their concessions, according to the ADM's directorate determination. The requirement is set out in determination n. 13771 of 3 January 2025, the ADM said.
The obligation covers concessionaires, holders of physical-network collection and holders of regularised collection points authorised to take betting, the ADM said. The extension, introduced by the 2025 Budget Law, prolonged the validity of concessions for collecting bets on sporting, horse-racing and non-sporting events, including simulated ones, until 31 December 2026.
On 8 October the ADM communicated an update of the amounts due for the second 2026 instalment and reminded operators to meet the payment deadline.
