ADM limits responsible-gambling levy to new-concession revenue in Italy

Regulation

Italy’s Customs and Monopolies Agency (ADM) told online gambling concessionaires that the 0.2% responsible-gambling investment applies only to revenue under new concessions. The first accounting period runs from 13 November 2025 to 31 December 2026, and the minimum share of investment for specified areas is adjusted to 11.34%.

Online concessionaires need to calculate responsible-gambling spending and investment obligations against the defined first-period revenue.
