ADM expected to reopen PVR register applications for new online concession networks

Regulation

Italy’s Customs and Monopolies Agency (ADM) is expected to issue a determination setting a new application timetable for retail points that handle online gambling account top-ups, according to the report. The anticipated reopening concerns outlets linked to holders of new online concessions; the annual fee is €100, and eligible outlets that paid in 2024 are expected not to pay again for the first year.

The expected timetable will clarify registration requirements and first-year fee treatment for outlets serving online concessionaires.
